Had a member leave legion, due to him being under the rank needed for the new recruitment he couldn't apply to join back, i then sent him a invite but due to his rank he still could not join.Any way a invite can bypass the min rank of the recruitments to save this problem as it can cause problems with getting low rank members back that have been on trades or letting traders in to alert planets.
Please help.
